We are currently seeking a Senior Architect to join our team in Sofia and take a leading role in the design and coordination of a wide range of projects, including residential and public buildings, hospitality, retail, and urban developments. We believe architecture is not only about form, but about creating meaningful environments that support people and communities.

On February 19, 2025, we participated in Residential Forum 2025, organized by The City Media Group – an event that brings together architects, urban planners, and investors to discuss the future of residential living. This year’s focus was on sustainability, investment trends, and urban transformations, with discussions providing valuable insights into the challenges and opportunities in the sector.

The IT Company Sofia project by SGI Architects & Masterplanners received second place in the Office & Workspace category at the 2024 Dibla Design Awards. Another SGI-designed project was also among the five nominees in the category.

In this edition of "Asking the Team," we sit down with Simona Hadzhieva, a Principal Architect at SGI whose passion for architecture, design, and innovation is matched by her love for travel, photography, and gastronomy.

While arch. Iliyan Angelov has been with us for a few years now, he remains one of SGI’s youngest talents. Over the past three years, Iliyan has impressed us with his knack for concept design and his drive to stay on top of every project he takes on. For the fourth consecutive year, SGI Architects & Masterplanners played a key role in organizing the K&D Cup, part of the International Tennis Federation Men's calendar. Held from August 12th to 18th at the "Diana" Tennis Club in Sofia, the tournament features a $15,000 prize fund.
