We were thrilled to be on stage three times:
- Presenting an award as the "Designer of the Year 2022" alumni.

When we at SGI designed this hotel, we set out to capture a very specific feeling: the pure, unfiltered joy of a summer holiday, but reimagined for a young audience. Тhe freedom to play, explore, and relax, surrounded by carefully curated elegance rather than the noise of the crowd.
Our design acts as а filter for the coast’s vibrant energy. Bridging the gap between the electric pulse of the nightlife and the serene rhythm of the Black Sea, creating a space where thoughtful interiors allow the mind to finally reset.
Whether it’s a panoramic morning coffee overlooking the horizon or a late-night cocktail, every detail is built to evoke the spontaneity of a summer holiday, whilst protecting the peace and relaxation that comes from a childfree environment.

For our Dibla-awarded project with football legend Krassimir Balakov, we looked beyond designing the obvious.
We didn't want Krassimir Balakov’s legacy to feel like a museum exhibit behind glass. Instead, we used his career as the very soul of the design. It’s a place where those memories of watching Krassi on the pitch become something you can actually touch and feel.
It’s not just 'food and football' it’s a transition from his storied 'Etar' roots to a sophisticated night out with friends. Here, the legend isn't just a story; it’s an experience you live.
