Less Cars. More Life.
From the heavy congestion of the city centre to the crisp mountain air of the Vitosha foothills, we introduce our latest residential project Bistritsa. Our mission was to design a sanctuary that addresses the struggles of modern urban life, replacing the frantic pace of the streets with the rhythm of nature.
The core of the design lies in its innovative infrastructure: the entire road network is situated underground. Each house features a private garage connected to this subterranean system, leaving the ground level entirely pedestrianised. This creates a quiet, safe environment where children can play freely, and dedicated park areas for sport and socialising allow a true community to flourish.
We have utilised the natural slope of the land to ensure each home acts as a ‘filter’ against city noise, offering panoramic views that allow the mind to decompress the moment you step through the door. Here, architecture does more than just house families; it builds a community.
SGI. Where community takes shape.
