From the K&D Cup to Wimbledon
Just one year ago, Ivan Ivanov and Alexander Vasilev were competing in the K&D Cup at Tennis Club Diana in Sofia — a home-ground tournament powered by belief in young Bulgarian talent. Now, they’ve made history. Ivanov has just been crowned Junior Wimbledon Champion, and Vasilev reached the semi-finals.
At SGI, we’re not in the business of forehands and serves, but we are in the business of building opportunities. That’s why we’ve supported the Kazakov & Daw Foundation since its inception and remain proud partners in delivering the K&D Cup, now entering its fifth year as part of the international ITF circuit. From the start, the idea was simple: create a space in Bulgaria where emerging players could compete, grow, and shine. Today, that vision is bearing fruit on the world stage. Our Managing Partner, Tihomir Kazakov, continues to be closely involved in making the tournament a reality — not just in name, but through real, hands-on commitment. Because the truth is, supporting talent isn’t just about investment. It’s about presence. Mentorship. Making room.
Announcing the 2025 K&D Cup We’re excited to share the dates for this year’s editions:
K&D Cup – ITF J30 (Juniors 15–18)

K&D Cup – ITF Men’s Tournament
- 4 to 10 August 2025
- Tennis Club Diana, Sofia
- $15,000 prize fund
For young players across Bulgaria and beyond, this is a chance to test themselves, earn international points, and experience the rhythm of high-level tennis in a familiar setting.

SGI Architects & Masterplanners Continues Support for Young Talent at K&D Cup 2024
For the fourth consecutive year, SGI Architects & Masterplanners played a key role in organizing the K&D Cup, part of the International Tennis Federation Men's calendar. Held from August 12th to 18th at the "Diana" Tennis Club in Sofia, the tournament features a $15,000 prize fund.

The Tennis Tournament “Diana Cup” was carried out in two parts. The first tournament took part between 28.06 and 04.07 as a part of the Junior ITF calendar and the second one was held between 04.07 and 11.07.2021, as part of the Male ITF calendar.

SGI Takes Part In Tennis Tournament In Support Of The Bulgarian Talents
For the second year in a row foundation “Kazakov and Dow,” which's bord of directors consists of Tihomir Kazakov and Alexander Dow, managing directors of SGI, was a main promoter of the Diana Cup tournament together with Tennis Club Diana. “Reynaers Diana Cup 2022” was a part of the ITF Calendar with a prize fund of 15 000 USD.
