“Building Of The Year 2022” Award

The boutique hotel, one of SGI’s recent projects, is a renovation of a 60 year old hotel with rich history behind it. The building is situated among the centuries-old pine forests of Vitosha mountain, which predetermines a vision that harmonizes with nature and implements natural materials. The design combines elegance and lux with alpine coziness, while also keeping accents from the original design referencing the past.
