Luxury Chalet Elitsa

The project of this site includes the renovation of the existing base, as well as the construction of several additional structures in order to turn it into a modern mountain business hotel. The implementation includes a new look of the facade, as well as all interior spaces – lobby, reception, lobby bar, restaurant, children’s playground, indoor pool, spa area, gym, and 36 luxury guest rooms and suites.

The building is situated among centuries-old pine forests, which predetermines a vision that harmonizes with nature and implements natural materials. The facade is made of thermo-borne wood cladding, with accent decorative elements of moulded sheet metal and composite panels in contrasting graphite colour. The windows are made of natural wood frames, which contributes to the feeling of warmth and cosiness in the interior.

The luxurious interior spaces use dark and reflective materials such as black glass, wide-format marble, high-quality quilted textiles, and vinyl wallpaper. The cosy feel is complemented by traditional mountain-style elements. The design of the ceilings uses decorative wood paneling and for the walls are provided a variety of materials such as composite panels of pinewood, ceramics, and high-quality wallpaper.   The landscape is enriched with ornamental plant species that complement the dignified appearance of the pine forest and add emphasis to the overall look of the hotel.
