Building Of The Year 2021 Award
This year we are happy to add to our collection of awards yet another prestigious statuette from Building of the Year!
At yesterday's award ceremony, a special award in the category "Projects related to urban development" was given to the green park area of Garitage Park.
The green area was included in our concept from a very early stage, at the beginning of the competition proposal. We believe that the park is extremely important for the integrity of the complex, meaningfully separating the office area from the residential one, but also uniting them into a complete and modern urban environment. The area serves as a natural noise barrier for the residents of the complex but also allows for a walk, sports or a game for all visitors of the complex.

“Building Of The Year 2022” Award
Luxury Chalet Elitsa Wellness & Spa has been given a special award for boutique hotel at the Building of the Year 2022 award ceremony. The prize is a part of the category City Hotels and has been granted by a jury of 33 with president Prof. Dr. Arch. Georgi Stanishev.
