Garitage Park Phase IV

Garitage Park is the first project of its type and scale to combine residential buildings, offices, commercial areas, educational, sports and recreational facilities. The project spans over a total footprint of 165 000 sq. m. of which 90 000 sq. m. are allotted for a park area with a lake, footpaths and playgrounds. The residential part of the complex features 48 row houses and 14 apartment blocks with units that stand out with their functional layouts and unobstructed views. The residents of Garitage Park will be able to take advantage of the proximity of the park and lake, as well as multiple retail units – supermarket, sports center with a short-course swimming pool, restaurants, cafes, pharmacy, carwash, and bank office.

Garitage Park is located in an area with infrastructure that has been undergoing development throughout the past few years. There is in place direct access to the Ring Road which allows quick and convenient transfer to the city center or Sofia airport. The Business Park Sofia metro station is located nearby and provides for fast travel to the farthest districts of the capital.
