SGI’s Team Took Part In This Year’s Building Innovation Forum
SGI’s team took part in this year’s Building Innovation Forum, themed: “GREEN.”
The opening discussion panel, where an interesting conversation about ESG investment took place, we were represented by Ach. Vladislav Dechev, who shared his optimistic view on the role of the green building standards in the future of the built environment.
In the second panel, discussing HOTELS & HOSPITALITY: new dimensions for luxury, design, flexibility and functionality, Arch. Denitsa Knyazhevich introduced our Accor project by talking about its elements incorporating sustainable design and the vitality concept.
We were also present in the Residential Trends panel, where Arch. Nikola Georgiev talked about the ways in which we can achieve a balance between the project capabilities, the investor’s requirements and the demand for sustainability. In order to illustrate this, he gave examples with our project Bistritsa Gardens, which combines different methods in order to achieve sustainability through efficiency.
