Vitosha Apartments: The Vitosha Apartments project features two contemporary multi-family residential buildings in Sofia's vibrant Vitosha neighbourhood. Designed to meet the demands of modern living, this development seamlessly blends functionality with aesthetic appeal. Notably, one of the buildings houses a kindergarten, addressing the needs of the local community.

Design Characteristics: The project comprises 32 apartments spread across three above-ground floors and one underground parking level. The layout emphasises spacious living areas, maximising natural light to create a comfortable atmosphere. Each building incorporates biophilic elements that integrate green spaces and landscaping, enhancing the residents' well-being.
