This Way Serviced Offices at Serdika Centrе is a modern co-working space designed to enhance collaboration and creativity. Spanning multiple floors, SGI handled both the design and project management, creating a dynamic environment tailored to diverse work styles.

Design: The design features flexible workstations, private offices, and open collaboration zones, all reflecting the innovative spirit of the company. The layout promotes smooth transitions between individual and team-oriented spaces, while biophilic elements like natural light and greenery enhance the calming atmosphere. A specific design element is the custom-made concrete tiles inspired by the brand elements. This stylised element is both neutral and specific, and in this way, it simultaneously shows the identity of This Way, and serves as a neutral background for the different companies renting the space.

Location and Surroundings: Located in Sofia’s bustling Serdika Center, the office offers excellent connectivity to public transportation and nearby amenities, making it an ideal spot for modern businesses.

Functionality and Amenities: The office includes high-end finishes, ergonomic furniture, as well as energy-efficient lighting and climate control systems. Informal break-out zones and communal areas foster social interaction and team-building.

Sustainability and Energy Efficiency: Sustainability is central to the design, with a focus on energy-efficient systems and sustainable materials to minimise environmental impact and operational costs.

Objective and Inspiration: The primary goal was to create a flexible workspace that adapts to the evolving needs of modern professionals, inspired by the concept of adaptable work environments.
