The Flex-R Lounge in SAC

The Flex-R Lounge is the first phase of the investment project of Sofia Airport Center, for refurbishment and improvement of the common parts in the complex. The initiative aims to transform the “winter garden” area and turn it into a cozy, green, and usable space for alternative work, co-working, meetings or just coffee with a colleague.

With a total area of ​​300 sq.m. and a height of 15 m., the new space is divided into areas for formal and informal meetings, work areas, areas for relaxation and play, all in accordance with the requirements for distance and safety. This flexible space provides a total of 150 new workstations, equipped with everything needed for a high-tech workflow – fast wireless internet, electric outputs to every station, modern and adaptive furniture.

The renovated garden provides added value for the occupants of the A.02 office building in the Sofia Airport Center complex, providing the opportunity to try various solutions for their employees, without renting additional office space.
