The Solar-powered Office Building is a cutting-edge, multifunctional structure located in the heart of Sofia’s dynamic business district. This innovative project features a blend of offices, retail spaces, and service areas, thoughtfully designed to meet the demands of modern professionals while prioritising energy efficiency and self-sufficiency.

Design Characteristics: The building comprises four subterranean levels dedicated to storage and parking, along with three above-ground levels that house office spaces and retail outlets. The design incorporates large glass facades, allowing natural light to flood the interiors, creating a bright and inviting work environment. The architectural layout encourages a seamless flow between different functional areas, enhancing collaboration and productivity.

Sustainability Features: A significant aspect of this project is its commitment to sustainability.
