MOMA

The Museum of Modern Art, Sofia is an ongoing project for a local Art Foundation. The design needed to be strong in its approach and bold in its decision making. The proposed solution is a renovation of the existing structure.   Stripping off the existing facade, the building is redressed in concrete and glass-fibre panels that allow the building to change its visual qualities throughout the day, finally becoming translucent at night. The client is currently in negotiations regarding the final business model for the site.
