Em Building

A landmark project in a key location in the city of Sofia. This project won a national award for buildings in Bulgaria in 2016.

The dynamic silhouette gives the building an attractive look, different from the normal standards for office buildings. The building has a total built-up area of 8,700sqm distributed between eleven above-ground levels – offices and shops – and two underground levels with 53 parking spaces and warehouses. The construction height of the office space is 3.40m. Open plan office space allows customers to determine their own internal allocation.

The facade of the building is a combination of stone, glass and aluminium. The stone of the facade is Limra – marble limestone, specially imported from Izmir, selected to achieve a homogeneous colour.
