The project covers the reconstruction of an existing multifunctional complex with commercial and office function – Mall consisting of two connected bodies with different floor heights
The renovated Plovdiv Plaza will open in the first quarter of 2018. The facility will be on 3 floors with huge retail space. It will also have 3 floors with Class A offices, a parking space for 1,300 cars and a spacious dining area.
The first phase of the renovation includes the western part of the building, which is being transformed into an office centre with 12,000 sq.m of built-up area and a separate entrance. There are opportunities for organizing the spaces according to the tenants’ requirements, with three panoramic elevators, an atrium through all the floors of the building with sunlight to the ground floor. The offices will have stand-alone power system, HVAC ystem of the latest generation and BMS management.
The shopping center is located on three floors with 34,500 square meters of lettable space. The overall functional concept of indoor spaces is subordinated to the right mix of key and standard tenants. We have planned 12,000 square meters for big business customers, and the rest are for smaller shops, dining areas, lifestyle and many kinds of entertainment for both small and large.
