Open Senior Architect position at SGI
We're looking for an accomplished Architect with project leadership experience to join our team. In this role at SGI Architects & Masterplanners, you'll play a vital role in guiding and managing architectural projects from start to finish. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to a diverse array of projects, including residential and commercial developments, hotels, public spaces, cultural landmarks, and masterplans.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary client liaison to head up progress meetings, communicate the design proposal to the client and bring the design documentation in line with the approved schedule and budget;
- Take a lead role in feasibility studies and concept design proposals
- Take responsibility for technical and working design packages and complete project documentation
- Develop details that are consistent with the design direction, and support the overall quality of the project.
- Be responsible for the coordination of the project design team (architects and engineers);
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing architect.
- Master's degree in Architecture.
- Knowledge of building regulations, laws and standards; Strong design and project management skills.
- Proficiency in architectural software (ArchiCAD or Revit)
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
- Experience in construction document preparation, and author’s supervision;
- A passion for sustainable and innovative design.
- Fluency in Bulgarian and English.
